  • What's the difference between the Amphony 2500 and 500?

    Here are the differences between the Amphony model 2500 and model 500:

    2500:
    - 200FT LOS (Line of Sight) and 50FT NLOS (Non-Line of Sight) operating range
    - Headphones are made of a soft felt material
    - Volume knob on the transmitter
    - Battery charger on the transmitter
    - RCA Data out port with RCA audio out.
    - Digital Optical in port
    - Digital Coaxial in port

    - 100ft max operating range
    - Headphones made of shinny vinyl type of material

    Those are the only differences between the two devices. To me it's deffinately worth the extra money to have a comfy headset and the ability to charge your batteries right on the unit.
