Here's an application note from TopGlobal on how to configure the MB6000 to work with a Cingular card. Note that Cingular is only supported with firmware versions 1.1.16 and above:

Sierra wireless ac860 issue

it's blinking red when i connect to the phoebus mb6000 router .. can someone pls help - Cingular will not help me

That's exactly why it helps to get both from people like us since we will support both ... it's actually a common frustrating problem where the mobile router manufacturer will not debug connection card issues and the cellular carrier support will not debug mobile router issues.
