Don't works!

Option, do not reveal my IMEI or SN.

The U.S. does not recognize my number or my IMEI serial. Me: "Product not found."
My product is new!

You bought your product in the U.S? If you have the Globesurfer III hardware with you you should have the IMEI or the Serial number readily available on the unit???

Hi. The product was purchased to RFWEL, on 23 January 2009, and use it in Italy.
In the OPTION site, the answer is always: no product found.
The current firmware is R1A24.
I found online the new firmware, but I get what I want to direct the site OPTION.
Any ideas?

How to upgrade firmware by telnet command

I have GlobeSurfer® III with limited GUI and I can't found upgrade page to load file

How can I upgrade GlobeSurfer® III firmware by telnet command

Please help me to upgrade to advance GUI.
