Is it possible to benefit from the Emergency fund program for my internet access equipment? What do I need?

Yes. If you fall in the category of eligible entities, users, or locations i.e E-rate eligible schools, libraries, students and staff in colleges, and off-campus locations, you can apply through the EPC portal and fill FCC Form 471 for reimbursements of networking equipment such as CBRS or TVWS radio equipment that is FCC certified. The existing FCC Form 472 (BEAR) system will be used to submit payment requests.

Reimbursements are also to be done for eligible purchases made between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022.

Off-campus locations can leverage private networks using CBRS (Learn more on CBRS here) and use PTP links for backhaul to the central office where there is a wired backhaul of the desired service provider. Here are some of the mounting options for radio equipment at desired positions like walls, flat surfaces, or roofs.
