What thermostat is compatible with the Mitsubishi MIFH1 receiver? Just moved into a house and 3 rooms have the receiver but only 2 thermostats.

MIFH1 Receiver is part of the MHK1 kit which works with the MRCH1 Controller. This redlink-enabled device only works with this controller.

Currently, the MHK1 kit is also discontinued and the replacement is MHK2.

The MHK2 can work best for you by replacing the receiver as well.

MHK2 Kit comprises MRCH2 Remote Controller (Not compatible with MHK1, MOS1, and MCCH1 RedLINK 2.0

wireless technology environment), MRC2 cable, and MIFH2 wireless receiver.

Another option is to use a compatible third-party thermostat that works with the PAC-US444CN-1 Thermostat Interface Adapter. Honeywell thermostats such as TH9320WF5003 and RCH9300WF can work with Mitsubishi units. The setup uses a 24VAC transformer such as VPL24-210 which is a required accessory for the Thermostat interface adapter.
