#1I have just discovered that I cannot operate my thermostat since it is locked. How can I get to unlock it? It is a Honeywell TH6220U2000 Programmable Thermostat.

#2Honeywell TH6220U2000 Programmable Thermostat has three screen lock settings:
>Full- Changes are prohibited
>Partial- All settings are locked, only setpoint changes allowed
>Unlocked- All settings are allowed
For a locked screen, follow the following steps to be able to unlock.
1. On the thermostat, press Menu. 2. Press + or - to go to LOCK and press Select. 3. Press + or - to go to OFF, PART, or ON, and then press Select. 4. Press the CENTER button and then enter the password “1234” to unlock the keypad. 5. To enter the password, press + or - to adjust the first digit of the number, press Select. 6. Repeat this process to enter the second, third, and fourth digits of the number. 7. Once all the four numbers have been entered, press Select again.
This will have the keypad unlocked.
Similar settings also work for Honeywell TH6210U2001 T6 Programmable Thermostat.
