I have a Mitsubishi Electric Kumo Cloud MHK2 Thermostat Kit ( https://shop.rfwel.com/kumo-touch-mh...-receiver-kit/). However, my MRCH2 Remote Controller ( https://shop.rfwel.com/mitsubishi-mr...te-controller/) is locked and I am unable to access it. I forgot the pin. How can I recover or reset it?

Unfortunately, one cannot be able to change the PIN for the MRCH2 since it is hardwired into the system.

The PIN can however be recovered. Once the MRCH2 is taken off the wall bracket, there is a 4-digit number on the back (bottom right). Add 1234 to the number. The sum is the PIN!
