I am replacing my old Braeburn 3000 thermostat with Braeburn 3020 (https://shop.rfwel.com/braeburn-3020...le-thermostat/). It looks like the 3020 cannot fit or is not compatible with my HVAC system. Any help on this, I've attached images below for the 3000 thermostat:

The 3020 model is the current model replacement for older model 3000 unit. It is fully compatible and offers all the same functionality as the older model. Replacement will require that the wiring base be changed meaning the wires will be disconnected from the old unit and then wired to the new unit.
