I have a brand new mini split and a Kumo Cloud and any operation I do takes about 50-60 seconds to take effect. I.e if I turn on the unit with the app it take 50 seconds to actually turn on, or if I alter the vane position the same thing. Does anyone know what can be causing this? Wi-Fi strength is excellent so I don’t know what else it can be

From experience, note that the response time of a command in the KUMO app is probably around 20-30 seconds. Probably you could try testing when connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 and compare it to when connecting to a different internet connection.

Use any Wi-Fi signal strength tester app on your phone to test the signal strength (RSSI) where the PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 is to confirm the signal is ok (the lower the better. Around about -55 to -35dBm should be excellent). Should this be a problem here are some ways to improve the Wi-Fi signal (you can consider replacing the Wi-FI antennas or using an access point).
