My Wireless Interface PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 ( https://shop.rfwel.com/mitsubishi-el...ace-control-2/) LED don't light on anymore. They were on for three days after installation and all of a sudden they turned off. What can I do to fix it? Please help!

The number of flashes or blinking on the Mitsubishi PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 Wireless Interface suggests the type or nature of the problem.

If there are three slow blue flashes repeating, the connection is successful/complete. Four (4) quick flashes indicate Bluetooth configuration mode and the interface is ready to connect via the app.

If the green light is out, then you don't have power. The green light glows when power is connected to the device.

You could attempt a factory reset on the wireless interface which is not connecting. To perform this, please use the following steps and let us know if they are helpful:

1\. Push and hold the factory reset button until the amber LED turns on (about 8 seconds), then release in order to revert back to factory firmware as well as erase any user settings you may have made. If the green light doesn't turn on just ignore it. Once you reconnect to the network, during setup the device will automatically download any updated firmware.

2\. Go to settings. You have to go into Installer Settings to delete the unit and it will remove the zone. Four quick blue flashes indicate Bluetooth LE configuration mode. The interface is ready to connect using the app.

3\. Set up the zone afresh

N/B: Factory reset of PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 devices manufactured before June 2022 will prevent setup via Android 12+.
