The Trackstick is GPS recorder, since it's a recorder it's not real time GPS. You have to retrieve the unit and download the information. It constantly logs information such as location amount of time spend their, speed, heading and altitude. It also has buit-in memory (Flash Memory) and a battery.

You ask about accuracy? Well the Trackstick is accurate up to 2.5 meters and the reason for this is because it receives a signal from 24 satelittes orbiting around earth.
