Need a little more signal for my cell phone at home. Saw some dome antennas that connect directly to a phone. Would that work?

Possible but you may get little gain. Better and cheaper: glass mount antenna that adheres to a window and connects directly. Need the correct adapter. Call RfWeL Technical Support at 480.218.1877.
