Yes it does. The 881 product page already lists the MB6000 as compatible http://www.rfwel.com/shop/catalog/ATT-Sierra-Wireless-AirCard-881-4999-after-MIR-p-1069.html. We actually have significant bundle discounts if you combine the AT&T 881 and the MB6000.

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually i'd rather purchase the Top Global MB6800, which will accept the USB 881 and has more than one hardwired port. final question, will the 881 work with the new MacBook Pro, Leopard OS? i want the versatility of using usb card with pc laptop, mac laptop, or Top Global MB6800.

Yes the 881 supports MAC OS 10.5 (Leopard) by design. Haven’t had the device out long enough to see if there are any reported issues. You can download a MAC client from here: http://www.sierrawireless.com/support/sd_acxxx_step2.aspx?ac_id=12&carrier_id=13&lang_id =1&platform_id=10

Didn’t realize you were talking about the USBConnect 881 vs the PCMCIA 881. The MB6000 does NOT support USB modems so it would not work anyway!
