I have tested antenna adpaters on the Option GlobeSurfer III and found that the Wilson 359917 and the Dyna-Boost IAC067 adapters work.

External Antenna for the Option Globesurfer III

The Wilson Antenna Adapter is FME-Male and the Dynaboost Adapter is TNC-Male so you need to select the appropriate antenna FME-Female or TNC-Female antenna here or add a second adapter to convert N-Female antennas.
