Do you know if there is an antenna available to work with the new Verizon LTE Mifi which has an antenna port. LTE is available a few miles away, maybe 5 or 6, and I live on a barrier beach with a fairly clear line of sight over water to the area of the mainland where LTE signal exists. I would be able to mount the antenna on my chimney and wire it to the MiFi.

Yes here are LTE-band13 antennas (compatible with Verizon Wireless LTE): http://www.rfwel.com/4g-data/lte-antennas.php
You can find the pigtail for the MiFi 4510L here: http://www.rfwel.com/shop/Cellular-d...-Pigtails.html
Other than that you would need a low-loss cable to connect the antenna to the pigtail. You could use for example LMR-400 cable. Finally to mate the cable to the pigtail you would need an N-Female/FME-Female adapter. For other adapter types to mate to antennas that don't have N-Female ports you can select one from here: http://www.rfwel.com/signal_improvem...n_adapters.phpKF7RCQ -
Just to follow up on the above ....
Note that the ability of any high gain antenna to boost the signal enough for you to have decent coverage depends on how strong your outdoor signal is. If you have absolutely no signal even outdoors then it is unlikely you could benefit at all from any outdoor antenna. If for example the MiFi works very well outdoors but sucks indoors then you can get the following to help with your indoor coverage:- High gain LTE band outdoor antenna: http://www.rfwel.com/4g-data/lte-antennas.php (for example http://www.rfwel.com/shop/746-787-MH...tenna-LTE.html) Orient this to the direction of maximum received signal strength.
- Low loss cable of appropriate length: http://www.rfwel.com/shop/Custom-Bui...ial-Cable.html
- Pigtail to hook up to the MiFi’s external antenna port: http://www.rfwel.com/shop/Cellular-d...-Pigtails.html
- Adapter to allow pigtail above to mate to the cable: http://www.rfwel.com/shop/N-Female-F...Connector.html
- Optional but recommended lightning protection: http://www.rfwel.com/shop/Coax-light...e-DC-6GHz.html (get 2ft jumper to ease installation - http://www.rfwel.com/shop/2FT-N-Male...oss-Cable.html)
