With now Sprint & VZW announcing the adoption of femtocell technology to boost indoor cellular coverage (and pave the way for Fixed-mobile convergence) and T-Mobile going the router of UMAN (although personally i dont like having to rely on WiFi as the air interface or having to buy the special dual radio phone needed to make UMA work) one has to ask where is AT&T?

The cost savings to the carrier are too much to pass up - more so for carriers such as AT&T who can offer both the broadband Internet backhaul required by the residential femtocell users as well as the large nationwide cellular (macrocell) HSUPA network currently being rolled out.
