AT commands for PS6EX1M Express modem

i am having problems configuring CTR500 with PS6EX1M express card to use analog modem (dial-up). can you please help me with AT script commands (i am using ATDT076710000 and username and password are entered in basic->wan->cellular modem ppp auth, firmware is 1.5.1 and CTR500 settings regarding username and password for dial-up? i can connect via SierraWireless 885U usb without a problem.

AT script commands cellular modem ppp auth, firmware is 1.5.1 and CTR500 settings regarding username and password for dial-up? i can connect via SierraWireless 885U usb without a problem.
